Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Michaels Stores. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a positive store environment, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and promotion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by Michaels, including framing, art supplies, and custom framing solutions.
- Assist customers with product selection, provide demonstrations, and offer personalized recommendations to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and create an engaging in-store experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
