Position Overview:
As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of local commerce solutions at Walmart. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a structured environment yet seek the flexibility and innovation of a dynamic startup. Your contributions will directly impact the growth trajectory of one of the largest retailers globally.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients, leveraging your extensive knowledge of our product offerings and understanding of their industry.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and develop streamlined onboarding processes.
  • Lead customer integrations, serving as the primary technical liaison and ensuring scalable solutions.
  • Support the Sales and Business Development teams by showcasing product capabilities and engaging in technical discussions with enterprise clients.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients' technical and business stakeholders, employing adaptive strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Oversee the resolution of program challenges, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps through collaboration with various teams.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design and implement new features that cater to customer requirements.
  • Review and co-create project directions, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
  • Provide ongoing thought leadership to internal teams throughout multi-phase delivery projects.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with external clients, including both enterprise and small businesses.
  • Experience in integrating and developing e-commerce or retail point-of-sale systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in launching and integrating enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of API implementation and product integration.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience in gathering functional requirements and scoping software projects for large clients.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
