Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Loan Release Specialist to join our team at Superior Loan Servicing. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for downloading and attaching recorded releases and UCC terminations, printing release documents, preparing them for execution and notarization, and adding file notes to our core system.

An additional responsibility will be to prepare weekly Fed Ex shipping labels and mail out executed releases to borrowers.

As a key member of our team, the Loan Release Specialist will also assist in researching files and following up on pending executed releases with lenders as instructed by management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Printing release documents, preparing them for execution and notarization, and adding file notes to our core system.
