Caregiver for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work with individuals who require support with daily living activities, personal care, and behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities- Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage participation in community activities and favorite hobbies
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Competitive pay: $14.50 starting pay, paid weekly or daily
- Full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
