Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and care to help them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities- Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living tasks
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
