Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Duravant. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operating company, including month-end close and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the accounting department and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure a smooth audit process
  • Manage fixed assets and intercompany transactions
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with financial reporting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with financial software and systems
