Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by obtaining their histories, vital signs, and weight/height measurements.
  • Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and treatments while maintaining a calming presence for our patients.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and procedures, managing medical records, and pre-authorizations.
  • Triaging patients upon arrival and greeting them warmly.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems.
  • Previous experience with medical records.
