Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time music school administrator in Needham, MA. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our music school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, families, and teachers
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of lessons and events
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to instrument rentals and sales
  • Support teachers with scheduling and student management
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of music education and industry practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; music degree or experience preferred
