Discovery ABA is on the lookout for a part-time Behavioral Support Specialist to enhance our dedicated team in New Jersey.

ARE YOU THE BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Preferred qualifications include experience working with individuals with special needs and strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should be registered and have completed 40 hours of training.

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?
This part-time position offers a flexible evening schedule. As a Behavioral Support Specialist, your days will be filled with purpose and a commitment to unlocking the potential of children. You will engage with children in their homes, building meaningful relationships while implementing customized behavior intervention plans.

Your role is crucial; you will gather and analyze data to accurately monitor progress. After each session, you will meticulously document notes, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and maintaining high standards of grammar.
