Job SummaryWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and supervising individualized ABA programs for clients in various settings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for clients in the home, clinics, and community environments.
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Mentor and support a team of registered behavior technicians.
- Provide regular parent/caregiver training to enhance generalization of skills.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to adjust treatment plans and optimize support.
- Licensed BCBA credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
