Position Overview: We are looking for a welcoming, professional, and meticulous Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team at Lithia Springs Resort. As the initial point of contact for our visitors, your role will involve delivering precise and prompt information and services in a courteous manner, ensuring a remarkable guest experience from arrival to departure.

Job Details: Full-Time, hourly compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently greet and check guests in and out with professionalism
  • Process guest payments and verify necessary identification
  • Address and fulfill special requests from guests
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and positive manner
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately
  • Promote resort amenities, events, and special offers
  • Communicate effectively with team members across shifts
  • Complete daily task checklists
  • Accurately handle cash transactions
  • Post charges to guest accounts
  • Reconcile shift transactions and prepare cash deposits
  • Operate company vehicles as required
  • Manage guest correspondence, messages, and wake-up calls
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
