Position Overview:
We are looking for a welcoming, professional, and meticulous Reception Specialist to become a part of Ashland Springs Hotel.

As the initial point of interaction for our visitors, your role will encompass delivering precise and prompt information and services in a friendly manner, ensuring a remarkable guest experience from arrival to departure.


Role Details:
Part-Time, hourly compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently greet and check guests in and out with professionalism.
2. Process guest payments and verify necessary identification.
3. Address and fulfill special requests from guests.
4. Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and positive manner.
5. Manage and resolve guest complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
6. Answer phone calls promptly and direct them as needed.
7. Promote hotel amenities, events, and special offers.
8. Communicate effectively with team members across shifts.
9. Complete daily task checklists.
10. Handle cash transactions with accuracy.
11. Post charges to guest accounts appropriately.
12. Reconcile shift transactions and prepare cash deposits.
13. Operate company vehicles as required.
14. Manage guest correspondence, messages, and wake-up calls.
15. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Additional Duties:
Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Ensure a safe working environment.
Foster positive working relationships with all departments.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
