Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety Manager to join our team at Ajulia Executive Search. As a Food Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement food safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future non-compliance
  • Manage and maintain records of food safety training, certifications, and compliance
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food safety and quality
  • Provide training and support to production staff on food safety and quality procedures
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food safety and quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in food safety and quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
