Job Title: District Manager

At Anywhere Real Estate, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our team in the Oregon region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our branch managers and sales associates, ensuring that we meet our sales, profit, and recruiting targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of branch managers and sales associates to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide coaching and training to branch managers and sales associates to improve their performance and skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the regional vice president to develop and implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and leadership roles in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Strong coaching and training skills to develop and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with branch managers, sales associates, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
