Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing prompt and accurate service to meet their needs.
  • Insurance Expertise: Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and provide guidance on policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our State Farm Agent team to achieve business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Property & Casualty License: Possess an active Property & Casualty license.
  • Life and Health License: Possess an active Life and Health license.
  • State Farm Training: Complete State Farm training upon hire.
  • Office Hours: Be available to work office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Bilingual Skills: Possess bilingual language skills (preferred).
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and proactive in achieving business objectives.
  • Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Team Player: Be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
