A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Review documents for correctness and accuracy.
- Gather underlying proof of debt documentation prior to endorsing on behalf of the company.
- Work in an office environment with personal computers, scanners, and printers.
- Import or scan documents into the company's document management system.
- Identify and classify documents according to characteristics defined by the unified court system.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to include successful completion of an FDCPA assessment and computer-based training annually.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High school diploma: BS or business experience preferred.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills and critical reasoning.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to perform varying work activities to meet business needs.
- Ability to support change and recommend process improvements.
- Ability to maintain productivity while multi-tasking in a demanding environment.
