KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare food items efficiently as per orders.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure high-quality output.
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to established recipes.
  • Skillfully prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other essential ingredients.
  • Anticipate demand to stay ahead of orders throughout your shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace, tools, and equipment.
  • Prepare and uphold the line and par levels as dictated by the current menu.
  • Organize the walk-in cooler and freezer effectively.
  • Assist with inventory temperature logs and waste documentation as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Possess knowledge of food service regulations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Be capable of lifting, carrying, or pulling heavy items and standing for extended periods.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
