Job Overview

Copper Cellar and Cappuccino's is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join their West Knoxville location.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on a kitchen line, preparing products for the station, and maintaining accuracy of product temperatures. They will also be responsible for keeping a clean and sanitary work environment, performing all food procedures correctly, and ensuring kitchen equipment is functioning properly.

The successful candidate will be able to assemble ingredients according to menu specifications, work efficiently, and become familiar with new menu items and specials as they become available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare products for the station
  • Maintain accuracy of product temperatures
  • Keep a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Perform all food procedures correctly
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly

Requirements:

  • Team Player with a sense of humor
  • Smiles easily and often
  • Math skills and understanding of basic conversions
  • Ability to use a digital scale and thermometer
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance)
  • Position requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday
  • Prefer kitchen line experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes
