Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing daily care for residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, social interactions, and meal assistance.
  • Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being and responding appropriately.
  • Documenting completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
  • Communicating confidentially and clearly with other staff regarding urgent needs and concerns.
  • Managing assigned tasks effectively within the scheduled shift.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not mandatory. Legend Senior Living maintains a drug-free workplace, and drug screening may be conducted at the company's discretion. This position may require evening and weekend shifts as necessary.
