Position: Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate training workshops for Monitoring specialists
  • Create and present educational materials for new projects and product introductions
  • Offer constructive feedback to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Assess the success of training programs
  • Work alongside management and QA teams for ongoing enhancements
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate training
  • Outstanding presentation and instructional skills
  • Experience in contact center or SAAS settings is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and online learning platforms
  • Solid grasp of customer experience best practices
