As a Landscape Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both residential and commercial clients. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive landscape care and maintenance, ensuring a top-notch customer experience, and promoting a lifestyle inspired by nature.

We value friendly and knowledgeable individuals who can assist our customers in making informed decisions regarding products and services, as well as resolving their gardening challenges. Additional tasks may involve cashier duties, plant care, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

Above all, prioritize client satisfaction through exemplary service and attention to detail.

  • Perform various landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching in accordance with established schedules and safety protocols.
  • Utilize your expertise to answer customer inquiries and guide them towards the best solutions for their landscaping goals.
  • Safely operate company vehicles to travel to client locations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of vehicles and equipment.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Qualifications:

➢ An Associate Degree in Horticulture or a related field is advantageous, though experience in nurseries, garden centers, or parks maintenance is equally valuable.

➢ Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.

➢ Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications is beneficial.

➢ Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience are essential.

➢ A sales-oriented mindset and understanding of customer relations are important for success.

➢ Ability to identify and communicate issues effectively to management.

➢ Competence in reading and interpreting documents.

➢ Capacity to respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints while maintaining confidentiality.

➢ Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Compensation: $18 to $23 per hour
