Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Repair Specialist to join our team at ATS - Industrial Maintenance. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for repairing complex electronic and mechanical equipment and tooling at the component level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain complex electronic and mechanical equipment and tooling at the component level.
  • Perform intermediate product development and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain complex fixtures and equipment.
  • Conduct warranty analysis and develop root cause solutions.
  • Process and complete required service report paperwork.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to company safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Five to eight years of related experience and/or training, or ten years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and write technical documents.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good driving record.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment with frequent exposure to loud noises, hazardous materials, and greasy or slippery factory floors.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $24 - $34 per hour.
