Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a Trade Enforcement Analyst to join our team. As a member of our consulting staff, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing recommendations to support USMCA labor and trade enforcement efforts.

About the Role

The Trade Enforcement Analyst will work closely with USTR officials to monitor and implement the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) labor commitments. This will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to support USMCA labor and trade enforcement efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor law and policy, with fluency in both English and Spanish. Additionally, they should have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Trade Enforcement Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research and analysis to support USMCA labor and trade enforcement efforts
  • Providing recommendations to USTR officials on labor law and policy issues
  • Assisting in the development of reports and other materials related to USMCA labor commitments

The contractor may occasionally perform work upon USTR request at the USTR offices in Washington, DC., or USTR-approved telework or remote location(s) as deemed necessary and appropriate by the client.
