Job Overview:
The organization is currently transitioning its Vital Records Management System and requires additional support for training and stakeholder engagement during this implementation phase. We are seeking an individual to lead a team of contractors in this initiative.
Objectives of Engagement:
The primary goal of this engagement is to provide supplementary assistance to the Bureau, particularly regarding the implementation process. Responsibilities include understanding adult virtual training methodologies, business requirements, workflow, and providing post-implementation support to end-users. The selected contractor will be an integral part of the onboarding team for the second phase of the implementation, leveraging insights gained from the first phase. This role involves collaboration with the Business Workflow Unit, Project Manager, vendors, and external stakeholders. The onboarding team will identify all external stakeholders and provide them with virtual training, account access, setup, and post-deployment support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and managing facility setup.
- Maintain training records for external stakeholders through the training management system, including facility administrators and personnel from various organizations.
- Oversee virtual and/or in-person training curricula, including reviewing vendor-provided materials.
- Coordinate training plans, procedures, and delivery to external stakeholders.
- Engage with program subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure application functionality meets business needs.
- Report application defects and escalate potential issues to the onboarding team lead or Business Workflow Manager.
- Provide post-deployment technical support to end-users.
The contractor will be required to:
- Complete weekly timesheet reporting.
- Submit weekly personal status reports.
- Schedule training status meetings with relevant stakeholders as necessary.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the information technology sector, focusing on business analysis, adult training development, and end-user support. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in training development and delivery are essential.
