- Billing - Accts Payable - Collections - Accts Rec
- Facilities Admin - Supplies
- Inventory Admin - Audits - Title Admin
- Transport Admin
- Maintenance Admin
- Answer Phones - Handle Customers - Sales Support
- Clerical & Administrative - Data Entry - Filing
- Coordinate activities between the Operations & Sales Teams
Requirements:
- Administrative and Accounting Basics required
- Problem Solving Skills
- Organizational Skills-Attention to Details
- Reliable, dependable, motivated, outgoing individual
- Basic Office Work Skills
- Ability to multi-task independently and as part of a team
- Time Management-Ability to prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Mature capacity to deal with multiple personalities
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS)
