Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Specialist to provide operational, administrative, and technical support for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling, employee briefing, customer service, and handling inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and technical support, including scheduling, task completion, and employee briefings.

  • Manage customer inquiries related to billing, wastewater supply, and regulatory issues.

  • Analyze operational data and assist with reporting, budgeting, and expenditure tracking.

  • Handle procurement, invoice processing, and payroll tasks.

  • Maintain material inventory and support operational functions related to wastewater services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting water/wastewater operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and email systems.

  • Knowledge of SAP, PowerPlant, MapCall, Coupa, and specific payroll systems like My Time is preferred.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
