Job Title: Marketing CoordinatorA leading real estate development and investment company, Advance Realty Investors, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage the marketing process from research and planning to execution and analysis for multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities internally and externally.
- Develop and execute marketing plans, including promotions, social media, new asset introductions, and other marketing projects.
- Grow brand awareness for key executives and establish the company's voice within the market.
- Produce digital and hard copy presentations, as well as ideas and campaigns for corporate promotion and launching new assets.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor costs, and develop forecasting and asset branding plans.
- Consolidate data collection and analytics from marketing platforms and work with business units to apply data.
- Manage logos, establish and grow target market share, and conduct customer, brand, and product research initiatives.
- Offer expert advice on innovative advertising, public relations, social media, and events.
- Develop and produce content for the company's online presence, editorial design, and organizing publications.
- Work with new business development teams and sales teams on brand initiatives and become the organization's internal coordinator for messaging external parties.
- Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Oversee the operation of the company's website and email marketing program, providing analytics review.
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Communications.
- 5-10 years of applicable experience in marketing and branding.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
A successful candidate will be a self-starter, fanatically attentive to detail, and passionate about their work. They will also need to be a forward thinker, understanding trends in the marketing space and how to apply them to the company's core business.
