Resident Care Associate
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Senior Living. As a Resident Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and Implementing Personalized Service Plans for each resident, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are met.
- Providing Hands-On Care, including assistance with daily living activities (ADLs), hygiene, and mobility support.
- Maintaining a Safe and Comfortable Environment by adhering to infection control protocols, conducting regular safety checks, and reporting any concerns or issues.
- Collaborating with the Care Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Documenting Resident Information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Experience Working with Elders or Disabled Individuals (preferably in Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing environments)
- A Valid CNA Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary range of $$$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Estimated Salary: $40,250 - $52,500 per year-
