Pharmacist (Full or Part Time) - Clinical Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
- Conduct thorough medication reviews, identify potential interactions, and recommend alternative treatments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, guidelines, and best practices in pharmacy and healthcare.
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
