Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our client's acute-care medical facility located in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, ensuring high-quality images for accurate interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and positioning them for optimal imaging
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols
• Document all procedures and maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical systems
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care during all ultrasound procedures

Requirements:
• Texas state licensure as an Ultrasound Technologist required
• ARDMS certification (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in performing ultrasound procedures preferred
