At Harry Roy, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Station Setup: Prepare the front line with necessary equipment and supplies to effectively serve food items.
  • Order Management: Restock and maintain the station, read order tickets, and place them on the ticket minder.
  • Cooking and Presentation: Track cooking times, check for plate presentation, and garnish finished entrees according to our procedures.
  • Guest Experience: Assist servers as needed to enhance the dining experience of our guests.
  • Safety and Compliance: Perform all job duties while adhering to safety practices and guidelines, and report any accidents or injuries to the Chef or Manager on duty.
  • Closing Duties: Complete closing duties correctly at the end of each shift and assist in maintaining a clean kitchen.
  • Side Work: Perform scheduled or assigned side work in the front and back of the restaurant.
  • Order Delivery: Deliver orders to guests' tables while the food is still hot and notify waitstaff when orders are ready.
