- Address customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with plant staff as necessary.
- Send order confirmations via fax.
- Process purchase orders and manage accounting credits.
- Handle billing processes effectively.
Internal Operations Duties:
- Coordinate internal scheduling with sales and production teams.
- Order materials and supplies timely for production needs.
- Monitor warehouse inventory to ensure product availability.
- Analyze monthly usage of warehouse items and manage restocking.
- Confirm orders and maintain accurate customer files.
- Record and communicate changes to customer orders.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Generate project status reports.
