Job Summary

LIVunLtd is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our residential community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Warmly greet and verify residents and guests, maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist coworkers in providing excellent services, ensuring a collective effort in delivering exceptional results.
  • Respond to resident inquiries with accurate and thorough information, maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
  • Provide business services, such as photocopying, faxing, and electronic scanning, as needed.
  • Reserve event and amenity space for residents, exceeding client expectations and needs.
  • Maintain strong communication with LIVunLtd coworkers, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood and a strong sense of hospitality.
  • Ability to multitask, be a team player, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, with proficiency in G Suite, Word, and Excel.
