Job Summary

The Fund Marketing Manager at Foundation Energy Management, LLC is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain institutional investors. This role involves maintaining existing investor relations communication and assisting in quarterly and annual reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to attract and retain investors, including updating and maintaining all fund marketing materials, presentations, and sales decks.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns by region, successfully communicating the firm's strategy and soliciting opportunistic oil and gas deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with investors, engaging in all sales and marketing initiatives, including developing and maintaining periodic communications for limited partners.
  • Industry Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the firm and strengthen existing connections.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.

Requirements
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets within the financial services industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including logical and summary-level management or investor reporting.
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or MBA, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Technical Skills: Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
