Physician Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Caliber Personnel in Renton, WA.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be between $80,000-$100,000+, offering a competitive compensation package. Our benefits include comprehensive training, ongoing education opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Implement high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, adhering to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
- Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, enhancing and expanding client relations.
Essential Functions:
- Comply with state Practice Act regulations and adhere to laws governing physical therapists' practice and supervision.
- Review and adhere to Clinical Operations Policies & Procedures Manual on a yearly basis.
- Complete Medicare compliance trainings as required by regulations and company policies.
- Evaluate, treat, and direct skilled treatment for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of goals, progress toward functional goals, and medical necessity.
- Complete all required documentation (pre-certifications, physician reports, daily notes, charge tickets) in a timely fashion.
- Maintain open communication with coworkers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Participate in facility meetings as directed by Center Manager.
- Meet state licensure requirements through ongoing continuing education coursework.
- Hold current CPR certification meeting state licensure requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Utilize time efficiently to meet productivity requirements.
- Participate in and present clinical in-services, as directed.
- Maintain current awareness of general changes in the health care field and specific issues impacting physical therapy practice.
- Contribute to center operations in a specific area agreed upon between employee and Center Manager.
- Perform other duties or special projects assigned.

- Effectively work as a team member.
- Leadership skills to direct and supervise assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Clinical problem-solving skills (identifying and prioritizing issues, developing action plans).
- Strong communication skills for accurate oral and written presentations.
- Computer skills for effective clinical documentation and management reporting.
