We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will work with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

Position Overview:

  • Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 annually, with full benefits
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (3 shorter days, 2 longer days)
  • Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Your Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to create individualized care plans.
  • Guide patients through tailored exercises and therapeutic interventions to rebuild strength and restore function.
  • Utilize hands-on therapy techniques to reduce pain and improve mobility.
  • Collaborate closely with the care team to provide holistic patient care.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • An active Washington State Physical Therapist license.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in manual therapy and experience with EMR systems.
