Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Catheterization Nurse Specialist to join our team of travel nurses. This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of patients and cases, utilizing your skills in cardiac catheterization and procedures.

About the Job:

This position requires 1-2 years of acute care experience, with a focus on cardiac catheterization and related procedures. As a Cardiac Catheterization Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with complex technologies, standing and walking for long periods, and performing angioplasties, valvuloplasties, and stent placements.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to effectively manage stress, and possess excellent patient relations. If you are a motivated and compassionate nurse looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization and procedures
  • Perform angioplasties, valvuloplasties, and stent placements
  • Help implant pacemakers and ICDs
Requirements:
  • BLS, ACLS, NIH certification
  • 2 Years of acute care experience
