Required Qualifications:

Educational Background:

- A programming certificate or an associate degree is required; a bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred.

- Candidates without a degree must possess a minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.

- A master's degree should be accompanied by at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Technical Expertise:

(Essential)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client mainframe environment, with a focus on GIS Cluster C/A and COBOL development.

- At least 3 years of experience in SQL/DB2 programming on mainframe systems.

- A minimum of 3 years in IMS or CICS development.

- 2+ years of experience with debugging tools such as Xpeditor and Abend-Aid.

- 2+ years of experience collaborating with end-users to gather IT requirements and conduct testing.

(Preferred)

- Familiarity with FSA/SOX controls is a plus.
