Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and shape transformative Digital Cloud solutions that drive business value for our clients, working closely with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Support business development activities, collaborating with Account Executives, Client Partners, and Senior Leadership to drive growth and expansion.
  • Act as a thought leader in Digital Cloud solutions, serving as a gatekeeper to consulting resources and expertise networks.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, blogs, and research, to establish Techwave as a trusted digital transformation partner.
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to conceive, research, and develop strategic content, including case studies and perspective articles.
  • Channel insights from account planning, industry trends, and client relationships into Techwave's go-to-market planning.
  • Work with global technical and business data practices to advise clients on their Digital Cloud strategy and implementations.
  • Help clients maximize their existing Digital Cloud investments, identifying solutions and services based on client needs, constraints, and strategies.
  • Lead research and strategy creation, sponsoring the development of new Digital Cloud solutions or services to expand markets and grow company revenue.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of solid Digital Cloud experience in consulting, digital strategy development, advisory services, or transformation programs.
  • Direct experience in solution shaping and architecture development, with excellent documentation skills.
  • Microsoft Azure Big Data Architecture certification.
  • Hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions using the Azure Data Analytics platform and solutions, including Azure Databricks, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Search, and Snowflake.
  • Experience designing and implementing machine learning solutions as part of high-volume data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with image data in a machine learning environment.
  • Experience with Open-Source technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, NoSQL, Kafka, Solr/Elastic Search.
  • Experience with best practice design principles and approaches for a range of application styles and technologies.
  • Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing a broad subject matter expertise and success with Digital Cloud solutions.
  • Working experience with various consulting frameworks, processes, and methodologies.
  • Experience building relationships and managing clients at the senior leadership level.
  • A significant track record of success in strategic consulting serving companies on a diverse set of strategic and operational issues.
  • Experience in developing and presenting detailed, compelling, and analytical content to convey complex thoughts and ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive, with excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal presence, and relationship development skills.
  • Able to function as a 'player/coach' – simultaneously leading the practice while directly involved in several client engagements.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex information into meaningful action items and decisions for senior leaders.
  • Availability to travel up to 40%.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent relevant business or technical discipline.
  • Experience in working in global organizations or with global clients.
  • Industry Expertise in any of the following: Life Sciences, Consumer Product Goods, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, Financials.
