What Does the Job Entail?
As a full-time Wet Utilities Project Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the installation of underground water and sewer pipes for diverse projects, ensuring every detail aligns with safety and quality standards.
Your day will involve shouldering the responsibility of project profitability and overseeing the intricate dance of employees, heavy equipment, subcontractors, and materials. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in underground construction and construction management, particularly in the Arizona market
- Ability to read and comprehend project plans, specifications, and local codes
- Ability to hold competent training for excavations (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Strong understanding of the nuances of contracts, change orders, and project budgets
- Familiarity with various software, including email, spreadsheets, and project management tools
