About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Foster Care Services Coordinator to join our team at TFI Family Connections LLC.

As a Foster Care Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting foster families and children in need. Your primary responsibility will be to work with children, foster parents, and other child welfare professionals to ensure the well-being and safety of children in foster care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and support foster families in the community
  • Work with families to become certified foster parents through the Oklahoma Foster Care system
  • Provide guidance and support to foster families as they care for children
  • Collaborate with child welfare workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the quality of life for children in foster care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field
  • At least two years of experience in the human service field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
