Nurse Practitioner

Riverside Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care, treatments, and procedures that contribute to physiological and psychosocial outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Delegate and prioritize tasks appropriately to facilitate quality patient care and service excellence.
- RN Diploma/Transcript (Required)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) or licensed in a compact state (Required)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) (Required)
