Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts: An associate degree in baking and pastry arts or a similar field is preferred.
  • Pastry-Making Experience: Previous experience as a pastry cook, baker, or in a related field is required.
  • Physical Strength and Stamina: The ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions is required.
  • Time Management Skills: Strong time management skills to deliver orders on schedule and avoid wasting food.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to work effectively with the team.
