Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet visitors, potential customers, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, and respond to sales inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with cashing out clients and providing office supplies and services as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Meet and exceed sales and organizational goals by completing related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be available to work afternoon/evening and weekend shifts as needed.
