Job Title: Project Manager

Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead multiple initiatives and drive project management and project control/planning activities across various business process modeling and information modeling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and deliverables for strategic planning and multi-year programming.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, briefings, and decision-making processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment of strategic goals through comprehensive reporting and analysis.
  • Support the development and management of business cases, multi-year programming, and investment monitoring.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with leadership to drive successful execution of initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide regular updates on task progress, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Maintain and manage documentation, critical artifacts, and project deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably project management experience within the healthcare or government sector.
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and multi-year programming processes is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
