Restaurant Associates: Deliver Exceptional Dining Experiences

We are seeking a skilled Catering Attendant to join our team at Restaurant Associates, the industry's leading provider of dining and event catering. As a Catering Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. You will ensure the accurate execution of all events during your shift, maintaining a clean and safe work environment while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering and Serving Food: Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
  • Food Temperature Management: Log and maintain food temperatures to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Event Setup and Service: Arrange tables and decorations, arrange buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards, serve food and beverages to guests, and thoroughly clean locations after events are completed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times, maintaining in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
