Our team combines expertise in planning, sales, and hospitality to ensure every project is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare tables according to event specifications.
  2. Transport necessary equipment and beverages from storage to event locations.
  3. Arrange and display food and beverages on buffet tables.
  4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  5. Efficiently clear dining areas of used china, glassware, and silverware.
  6. Return dirty items to the appropriate dishwashing stations.
  7. Organize and return unused equipment and beverages to storage areas.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Polish and care for service equipment.
  10. Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
  11. Perform assigned side work and general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
  12. Follow all safety policies and procedures, completing necessary training.
  13. Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the food and beverage industry as a server.
  • Proficient in plate service and capable of carrying multiple plates simultaneously.
  • Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively to set up and execute events.
  • Strong desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Effective listening skills and ability to follow directions from supervisors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations.
  • Ability to set tables appropriately for formal dining experiences.
  • Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English for effective communication.
  • Ability to memorize and recite menu options.
  • Physical capability to transport up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to discreetly clear plates from dining areas.
  • Capacity to carry trays of beverages over long distances.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour, with a 401K option available after six months of employment.
