POSITION SUMMARY
The role serves as a crucial link between clients and the estimation team, ensuring an exceptional quoting and customer service experience. The main goal is to provide clients with a smooth interaction and guarantee satisfaction with the services offered by Industrial Service Solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with clients through various communication channels to address inquiries related to quotes.
- Understand basic blueprint interpretation (training will be provided, prior experience is not necessary).
- Prepare documentation for estimators efficiently.
- Promote additional products when suitable.
- Input data into the ERP system accurately.
- Forward customer service concerns to the relevant department or supervisor.
- Offer constructive feedback to management to help refine business strategies.
- Perform administrative and receptionist tasks as required (e.g., procurement of office and workshop supplies).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred experience of 5 years in a customer service capacity, though not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities are essential.
- Ability to handle a significant volume of calls and emails daily with a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Competence in assessing customer needs and responding appropriately in a timely manner.
- Ability to thrive in an open office environment with potential distractions.
- Self-sufficiency in performing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills are crucial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
