Senior Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Office Manager. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing, and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas. They will be people-oriented, self-motivated, and able to establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
