As part of their strategic expansion, we are assisting this firm in identifying key positions that are currently prioritized:

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. Associate Attorney - Commercial Aviation Finance

  • Key Responsibilities: Advocate for lenders and lessors in transactions involving leasing, purchase and sale, and financing, with a focus on both domestic and international deals.
  • Ideal Candidate: Must possess 4 to 6+ years of experience in commercial aviation finance.

2. Associate Attorney - Wealth, Trust & Estate Planning

  • Key Responsibilities: Prepare wills, trusts, and associated documents, engage in estate administration, and provide guidance on partnerships, corporations, charitable planning, and advanced tax strategies.
  • Ideal Candidate: Must have 2 to 4 years of experience in Trusts and Estates.

3. Associate Attorney - Commercial Real Estate

  • Key Responsibilities: Support in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures, concentrating on structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions.
  • Ideal Candidate: Must have 3 to 6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law.
